How Delivery Works

Order Processing
Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1-5 business days.
Dispatch Notification
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Track Your Order
Use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery progress with the courier.
Delivery
Your order arrives at your specified delivery address. Sign for the package if required by the courier.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Times shown are estimates from dispatch date:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Total weight and dimensions of your order
- Selected shipping method
- Any special handling requirements
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email notification with dispatch confirmation
- Tracking number from the courier
- Link to track your shipment online
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Important Delivery Information
Accurate Address Required
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
Signature on Delivery
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or pickup from their depot.
Authority to Leave
During checkout, you can authorize the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you won't be home. This option may not be available for high-value items.
PO Box Deliveries
Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box address, we'll notify you if alternative arrangements are needed.
Business vs Residential
Delivery to business addresses may be faster than residential addresses. Please indicate if your delivery address is a business during checkout.
Large or Heavy Items
Some performance parts (such as exhaust systems, intercoolers, or body kits) may require special freight arrangements:
- Freight shipping may take longer than standard parcel delivery
- Delivery driver may require assistance unloading heavy items
- You may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time
- Additional fees may apply for bulky or oversized items
We will contact you if your order requires special freight arrangements.
Delays & Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact the courier directly using the tracking number
- If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for assistance
- Report any damaged items immediately upon receipt
While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, industrial action, or public holidays.
International Shipping
At this time, TrackTheory ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us if you have special requirements or inquiries about international orders.
