A road-course and oval compound that keeps building friction as it gets hot — Wilwood’s graph shows it climbing past the other race pads at the top of the range. The flip side is that it is the weakest of the race group from cold, so it is a poor choice for sprints and a strong one for long races.
These are the compounds we stock for the Wilwood Dynalite Single / Dynapro Single 6812 whose published friction and operating temperature come closest to Wilwood BP-30. They are a starting point for switching brands — not a guarantee of identical feel, because each manufacturer measures friction on their own equipment.
